Privacy policy

Controller

In short

• What you record in the app is stored on your phone.
• If you share it with the other parent, it travels end-to-end encrypted: only your two phones have the key. We can't read names, dates, health details or photos.
• We don't sell data and there are no ads in the app.

What we process and why

• Website waiting list: name, email, city, profile and, if you choose, your arrangement or profession, to tell you about the beta. Legal basis: your consent. Kept until you unsubscribe.
• Shared backpack: the server keeps the family's encrypted data, an ID for each phone and when it last connected, so both phones stay up to date. Legal basis: providing the service you ask for.
• Prescription reading: if you use “Take a photo of the prescription”, the photo is sent encrypted to Anthropic (Claude) only to read the medicine and dosage. We don't keep the photo and it isn't used to train models; the app only keeps what you confirm. Legal basis: your consent when taking the photo.
• Medication reminders: if you turn them on, we store your browser's notification address and the times of the next doses. The medicine, the dose and your child's name never leave your phone. You can turn them off at any time in Settings.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card; we receive the subscription status to activate the plan. Legal basis: the contract and tax obligations.

Who we work with

• Cloudflare: hosting of the website, app and database (the database is in the European Union).
• Stripe: subscription payments and invoices.
• Anthropic: reading the prescription photo, without keeping it.
• Google Fonts: the website loads its font from Google, which receives your IP address. The app does not.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies. The app stores your data in your phone's browser storage so it works offline; this is technical and necessary.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by writing to hola@entrecasas.app. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
