The problem

Raising kids from two homes means coordinating every day. And almost all of it happens on WhatsApp.

Your children's information is scattered across chats, loose photos and each parent's memory. Every missing detail means messaging the other parent, and every message can turn into friction.

HealthHave you given her the syrup? How many hours apart was it?

The dosage is in a photo only one of you has. The dose depends on who remembers.

PaperworkCan you send me a photo of the health card?

A&E on a Saturday, the card at the other home and the other parent not picking up.

CalendarIs this long weekend yours or mine?

The agreement says one thing, last-minute changes say another, and nobody has it written down the same way.

ExpensesI owe you half of… what was it?

Lost receipts, mental maths and the feeling that it's always the same one paying.

BackpackHe left his PE kit at your place again.

Everything that has to go back and forth at each handover, with no list and in a rush.

SchoolI didn't know there was a school trip.

The letter reached one home. The permission slip, unsigned.

Pricing

One payment per family. The other parent joins free.

Charging each parent separately means one of them never joins, and then the app is useless. That's why here one pays and you both get in.

Invite the other parent

Send them a link. They join free and see exactly what you see.

Add what you have

Health card, prescriptions, timetables. A photo is enough: Entrecasas sorts it.

Who's behind it

“Entrecasas was born in my own home. I made it to get organised with my daughter's mum, and found out that lots of families go through the same thing.”

FAQ

What people usually ask.

Does it help if we don't get on?

That's exactly where it helps: every topic has its place and the information is visible to both of you, so you need fewer messages. Entrecasas doesn't take sides, and it doesn't replace a professional when conflict is high.

Does the other parent have to pay?

No. With the Family plan one parent pays and the other joins free with every feature.

Is what we record legally binding?

Entrecasas is an organising tool, not an official record. Changes and expenses are logged with dates, which helps keep things clear, but for any legal question please speak to your lawyer.

Where is my children's data stored?

On servers in the European Union, encrypted and separated by family. Only the two of you and the people you give access to can see it. We comply with the GDPR, and children's health data is treated as a special category.

What if we have more than one child?

Each child has their own record, and the calendar can be different for each one if your arrangement is.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. The beta runs in your phone's browser and installs on your home screen like an app. It will come to the App Store and Google Play later. The app is in Spanish for now; English is coming soon.

I'm a professional. What do I get from recommending it?

Families who stick to their agreements better and call you less about everyday misunderstandings. In the founder programme, the pilot is also free for you and your families.
